Request deletion of your StockChecker account.
You can use this page to request deletion of your StockChecker app account and associated app data, including if you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account settings.
Account deletion removes your StockChecker account records and associated app data unless limited records must be kept for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute reasons.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your StockChecker account and associated app data by emailing support from the address linked to your StockChecker account.
- Email support@stockchecker.ai with the subject line "Delete my StockChecker account".
- Include the email address used for your StockChecker account and, if helpful, your venue or business name.
- Tell us whether you want to delete the whole account and associated app data, or whether you are asking about a narrower data request.
- We may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing deletion.

2. Data We Aim to Delete or Anonymize
When we delete a StockChecker account, we aim to delete or anonymize personal data and app data associated with that account, including:
- account profile details and authentication records where deletion is supported by the provider;
- venue and team records linked only to the deleted account;
- supplier, product, invoice, OCR, recipe, ingredient, stock count, report, and dashboard data tied to the account;
- invoice photos, scanned recipe images, audio recordings, transcripts, and other uploaded files stored for the account where those files are retained;
- support records that are not needed for legal, security, billing, or dispute reasons.
If you are part of a team account, deleting one user may not delete shared business data that belongs to the team or venue. A team owner or authorized administrator may need to request deletion of the venue or team account.
3. Data We May Need to Keep
We may retain limited information where reasonably needed for:
- tax, accounting, invoicing, refund, chargeback, or subscription records;
- fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security logs, or account-integrity records;
- legal obligations, disputes, investigations, enforcement, or compliance requests;
- backup systems for a limited period before backups naturally expire or are overwritten;
- records that have been anonymized so they no longer identify your account.

4. Cancel Any Active Subscription Separately
Deleting your StockChecker account may not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another billing provider.
- If you subscribed through Apple, manage the subscription in your Apple account subscriptions.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, manage the subscription in your Google Play subscriptions.
- If you subscribed through Stripe, use the billing-management link in StockChecker or contact support.
If you ask us to delete your account and we see an active subscription path we can identify, we will try to point you to the right cancellation step.
5. Timing and Confirmation
Some deletion work may be manual during early launch. We will acknowledge your request, verify account ownership where needed, and tell you if we need more information.
We aim to complete valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and will confirm when the request is completed. Some legal rights or local laws may require a shorter or longer timeframe, and we will handle those requests as required.
6. In-App Deletion Path
If your installed version of StockChecker includes a Delete Account option, use that option from the account or settings area and follow the prompts.
If you cannot access the app, no longer have it installed, or cannot find the in-app deletion option, use this web page to request deletion by email.
